Yours Truly Theatre specializes in Playback Theatre A format of Theatre involving actors presenting on spot the narratives shared by the audience, shared on spot as well. This format of theatre brings into its fold stories ranging from funny to intense and sensitive topics. The impact has been beautiful and enriching.

The conductor engaged with the children of 50+ in a fun and engaging manner. The children shared their thoughts on how they are feeling in this Pandemic, online classes, news reports, they had an opportunity to share their fears, hopes, dreams, what they miss about school and so on. They were portrayed by the actors in a personal and engaging manner.

One of the children, a healthcare worker’s son, shared his experience of when the entire family was tested positive and how they overcame that emotionally and physical health wise. It was heartening to listen to a child express so wisely and with his innocence intact. His narrated story was enacted by the actors adding a beautiful meaning to it and acknowledging the family and the child’s emotions.

The children marked the actors and the show 1000000/1000000, and we extended the time so the children could meet with and interact with the children who became their fan by then!
