The Yoga session was handled by the founder of Pancha and a dear friend, Ms Ambica Sood. Ms, Ambica drove the session towards asanas that can be practiced by the children on a regular basis. The children seemed very prepped and excited for the session.
Some parents and siblings also joined the sessions, which was a welcoming sign. The children were taken through 1.5 hours Yoga practice, twisting , turning, lifting, jumping and fully exercising themselves. The energy of the child was palpable and infectious.
The children went through 2 sessions of Yoga on both the days of the conference and were also given the opportunity to ask questions. A final practice sheet with asanas were also given to the children to continue her sadhana post conference. It involved basic asanas and the method of doing it.
We organized a Yoga session also with an intent to introduce the children to health and well being.
